Brittany's practice is informed by the queer magic, health & disability justice, harm reduction, folk healing and liberatory principals as well as her lived experience navigating autoimmunity, chronic illness & neurodivergence. She strives to actively challenge capitalism & imperialism at every turn while honoring the complexities of this time.

She weaves her knowledge of empowered self-care, herb-medication safety, creative & spiritual practice, formulation, constitutional assessment, elemental & vitalist herbalism, pathophysiology, reproductive justice, folklore, antiracist feminism, traditional foodways, medicine making and more into her work as a community herbalist & holistic practitioner. 

She carries her love of facilitating, writing, knowledge sharing and small press culture into all that she does. She is a student of tarot & astrology and has an Aries sun, Gemini moon and Pisces rising.
