Dreaming the Dark into Light: Transformative Rest with Herbs - guest workshop with herbalist Ray Lardie @sovreignbirch
Part workshop, part guided meditation, we will talk about the internalized urge to always be doing/producing/going, exploring its roots and how it shows up in ourselves and our communities, and get to know different herbs that can support us in unlearning and healing these impulses. Then we will rest, together. Timed to the spring equinox, we will look towards finding balance in a world that constantly asks us to shift between states of being but rarely invites us to rest.
Date: Sunday March 26th, 3-6pm
Cost: $25-75 Sliding Scale
Please bring: a journal / paper & pen for reflections, a mug for tea, and pillows, yoga mat, and/or blankets to get cozy and comfortable with <3
