Contains: bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus), nettle (Urtica dioica), oatstraw (Avena sativa), sage (Salvia officinalis), dandelion leaf (Taraxacum spp.), sorrel (Rumex acetosa), upland cress (Barbarea verna). Comes in a lined paper bag with brewing instructions.
