This pelvic steaming loose leaf tea blend by A Wild Light Apothecary is intended to tighten tissue, create movement, and bring circulation to the pelvic area. For use with pelvic stagnation, fungal or bacterial infection, and to soothe tears and pain.
Contains: Mugwort, Cedar, Calendula, Rose, and Yarrow
Suggested use: Steep 2 tablespoons of herbs in a large bowl of boiling water. Once steam is cool enough for perineal tissue, squat over bowl for 10-15 mins to allow the aromatherapeutic benefits of the tea blend steam to soothe affected tissue.
