They partner with small, multi-generational family farms, paying an average 3-5x premium for their regeneratively farmed, single-origin spices. Each spice takes them anywhere from a few months to several years to source, based on rigorous lab testing, in-field visits, and of course, several tastings. The business grows at the rate of agriculture - when a harvest sells out, that’s it until the next season!
