Join us for a cozy Pisces season evening at MXED GREENS to drop in with malvaceae family members!
Our A Rosaceae Affair event in February was so lovely that we're turning this into a series, featuring a different plant family for each workshop <3
During this workshop, we'll get to know various mallow family plants through the experiences of tea tasting, somatic meditations of taste, and sharing individual and collective (hi)stories with these plants.
Date: Saturday March 11th
Cost: Sliding Scale $10-30 (please review our sliding scale page for where to pay)
Space is limited, so advance registration is required
Please bring: a journal / paper & pen for reflections, your own mug for tea, anything you'd like to add to the malvaceae altar space for the evening, and a pillow/camping chair/blanket to get cozy and comfortable with <3
Access notes: well fitting masks are required for this event - we will pull them down or to the side for sips of tea, but otherwise they remain on our faces. We will also have our HEPA air purifier running. We will have a variety of chairs and pillows for seating options, and free surgical masks / KN95s / N95s for anyone. The space + bathroom are wheelchair accessible.
