We are a two person team, packing and shipping your orders alongside the work of maintaining the apothecary, tending the gardens, planning workshop content and doing all the other tasks of running a business! We ship orders as fast as we can, but sometimes it can take up to a week between an order being placed and our trip to the Post Office. Thank you for your patience <3Β 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If we are out of stock of an item ordered, you will be issued a refund which will return to your form of payment within 3 business days.

Sometimes packages get delayed or lost in the postal service.Β We do not take responsibility for postal issues, and cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items lost in the mail.Β  That said, please do contact us if there is an issue with shipping and we will do what we can to help resolve it!
