the glycerite version is much sweeter, and is lovely to take in the middle of the night when you wake up wondering why there are 50 million things undone on your to do list and why you made those particular mistakes 5 years ago. There was an unfortunate incident of my milky oats glycerite getting ruined last year, so you’ll have to hold out til this coming summer for this version to come back in stock <3

the tincture (alcohol base) version really brings out the bitterness of the skullcap and the cooling astringency of the roses. I recommend taking this one in some water throughout the day.
