This second PCA zine by Emma Cornwell & Eli Molitors Bergman describes even more daily routines, struggles, and joys of the PCA (personal care assistant) relationship - the first zine was a hit, so here's the sequel!  Written for all of us, whether living with disabilities or not yet disabled! Find the authors on instagram @personal_femme_assistant.

Zine has a green cover with 36 pages of black & white text and drawings inside, *plus* a 4-page full-color cardstock centerfold of Emma and Eli paperdolls with favorite clothes and accessories!

Author bios:

Emma is a disabled hard femme lesbian who uses a wheelchair full time. She has a progressive neuromuscular genetic condition with symptoms like fatigue, loss of motor coordination, slurred speech, diabetes etc etc. She lives in Northampton, MA as part of the Bad Girls Club (sassy pup + cranky kitty) with that one nice guy (her partner), and has a PCA (Eli) with her 5 days a week. Emma is unfamiliar with the concept of “free time” but enjoys creating, competition, novelty junk food, and gossip.

Eli, the PCA in this here situation, is an autistic Jewish genderqueer nerd with a deep love for earth science, food, and single-subject nonfiction books (preferably from the library). They live in Easthampton with the ghosts of several cats, too many rocks, a beautiful cast iron pan, and a living room that makes visitors say, “wow, your aesthetics *do* overlap a lot with my grandma’s.” They try to always be learning something- a language, new art forms, Jewish ritual practice, how to ask better questions.
